Candidate will be responsible for designing automatic fire suppression sprinkler systems with respect to the current codes and AHJ requirements.
Among other duties, you will be expected to:
- Clean up and prepare drawings implementing architectural, structural and mechanical plans using mainly AutoCAD. Future advancement could include Revit Modelling and AutoSprink.
- Convert as-built drawings from site into AutoCAD drawings for submission.
- Layout sprinklers per current standards.
- Manage CAD files with respect to company standards.
- Perform hydraulic calculations using different programs.
