Accountant and Designer

Responsibilities

Maintain and update accounting records, including ledgers and financial transactions using MS Excel and MS Word.
Prepare and organize financial documents and reports accurately to support company bookkeeping.
Perform basic accounting functions such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation of accounts.
Utilize MS Office applications effectively to streamline accounting workflows and documentation.
Support graphic design activities by creating visual materials as needed, applying fundamental design knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments when needed to combine accounting data with design projects.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies for financial recordkeeping and documentation.
