We are seeking a IT Executive to join our team, updating products on social media platforms, creating engaging social media posts, and providing functional support for website. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills, creative skills, and content writing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update social media pages with fresh content regularly.
- Ensure the functionality and usability of the website, providing support as needed.
- Create visually appealing and engaging social media posts.
- Coordinate with vendors for web-related projects and initiatives.
- Provide functional support to online customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of web design and graphic design principles.
- Ability to create visually appealing social media posts using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
- Good Content writing skills to craft engaging captions and messages for social media posts.
- Proficiency in social media marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO/SMO basics.
- Minimum of an Intermediate degree with IT courses or equivalent practical experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
