We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive for Dispatch will be responsible for managing and executing sales activities related to dispatch services, including generating leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate Sales Leads: Identify and prospect potential clients for dispatch services through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our dispatch services, effectively communicating value propositions to clients.

Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet company objectives and profitability targets.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities to meet sales targets and objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with the dispatch operations team to ensure smooth implementation of sales contracts, addressing any client concerns or requirements promptly.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and tactics.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or dispatch industry.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.

  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and driving revenue growth.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
