The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial health of the organization. This role involves leading a team of 10 professionals to deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. The Finance Manager ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, manages risks, and optimizes cash flow to support organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is CA qualified with substantial experience in auditing and industry sectors, preferably the development sector within Pakistan. The Finance Manager leads the development and implementation of internal controls and financial policies designed to maintain the integrity of financial information and to enhance operational efficiency. The role includes working closely with various departments to align financial strategies with business goals, managing accounting systems, and driving continuous improvement through financial analysis and modeling. Effective leadership and team management skills are essential to motivate and develop staff, coordinate workload, and ensure high performance within the finance team.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee financial management, reporting, and compliance functions.
Ensure adherence to donor requirements and organizational policies.
Strengthen internal controls and support governance processes.
Provide strategic financial insights to senior management and the CEO.
Supervise and mentor finance team members to build capacity and efficiency.
Manage and optimize financial processes using Odoo ERP.
Desired Skills:
Strong knowledge of donor compliance and reporting standards.

Proven track record in financial planning and analysis.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
