We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage staffing, provider engagement, and operational activities within the district office. This role is focused on meeting staffing and private provider targets, supporting providers, and ensuring compliance with organizational protocols. The successful candidate will oversee financial and human resource matters, supervise asset maintenance, and ensure accurate data reporting and performance evaluations. Strong leadership is essential to coordinate with field teams, conduct regular meetings, and support both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the district office onboards the projected number of staff members.
- Achieve the targeted number of private providers onboarded within the district.
- Manage all official matters related to district SF providers.
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of projections and performance indicators set by the MSS SF Division.
- Approve data submissions in FLAME in a timely manner.
- Supervise all financial matters related to district operations.
- Distribute instruments and equipment to providers according to established protocols.
- Maintain and verify the existence of fixed assets at the district office.
- Complete the Suraj Monitoring tool during visits to Suraj providers and develop corresponding action plans.
- Ensure the planned number of Mohallah meetings are conducted for each provider.
- Maintain and share an updated and comprehensive database of providers with regional teams monthly.
- Conduct annual performance appraisals and identify staff training and development needs.
- Hold monthly desk meetings with field teams to review reports and address challenges.
- Ensure resource utilization aligns with MSS protocols.
- Oversee all human resource matters within the district.
- Facilitate visits from internal and external MSS representatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing staff and provider networks within a district or similar operational area.
- Strong financial oversight and asset management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement effective improvement plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with MSS protocols and data management systems such as FLAME.
- Commitment to safeguarding policies and promoting a safe environment for children and adults at risk.
