We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Coordinator to join a JICA-funded Gender-Based Violence Survivors Support Project based in Faisalabad. This full-time, on-site role involves close collaboration with the Punjab government to ensure effective project implementation. The ideal candidate will have a relevant bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years’ experience in project coordination. Strong skills in reporting, accounting, logistics, and stakeholder communication are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in both English and Urdu are also required to successfully manage the responsibilities of this position. The offered salary ranges from PKR 150,000 to 200,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily field activities to support the Gender-Based Violence Survivors Support Project, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting on project progress, including financial accounting and logistical arrangements.
- Facilitate communication and negotiation with various stakeholders, including government officials, community members, and partner organizations.
- Manage logistical support such as transportation, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
- Prepare and submit regular reports and documentation in both English and Urdu to project management and funding bodies.
- Monitor project implementation on the ground to identify challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Support the development and maintenance of project databases and documentation systems using MS Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in social sciences, project management, development studies, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in project coordination, preferably within development or humanitarian sectors.
- Strong skills in reporting, accounting, and logistics management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in both English and Urdu, with strong written and verbal abilities in both languages.
