Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:

    • Initiate and handle inbound  calls to prospective and existing customers.
    • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate internet plans and services.
  2. Sales:

    • Promote and sell internet packages, including high-speed plans, bundles, and additional services.
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  3. Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain a deep understanding of all internet products, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Customer Service:
    • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and empathy.
    • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
