Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete personal and experience verification of newly hired employees

  • Provide support in the implementation of HR policies

  • Initiate and coordinate the hiring process as per the requirements of company projects

  • Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, administer selection tests, and prepare reports

  • Track and monitor applications; schedule and coordinate recruitment processes up to final selection

  • Maintain personal records of all project and permanent staff, including wages, salaries, insurance, leave, training, and other benefits

  • Assist in handling employee grievances

  • Ensure timely performance evaluations (quarterly and yearly) for permanent and project staff

  • Arrange and conduct staff training sessions

  • Collaborate with administrative staff (including finance and HR) to maintain proper office procedures and record keeping, both electronically and in hard copy

  • Maintain and archive important communications and correspondence (e.g., letters, emails) related to company operations across branches and regional offices

  • Monitor, handle, and maintain customer complaints records and communicate effectively with customers

  • Ensure employment files (both electronic and hard copy) contain all relevant documents, such as employment agreements, modifications, job descriptions, CVs, salary and personal verification records, evaluations, and leave entitlements

  • Regularly update employment files and maintain a checklist of required documentation

  • Monitor and maintain staff attendance records

  • Investigate and understand causes for staff absences

  • Notify successful and unsuccessful applicants after recruitment

  • Maintain and update employee leave records

  • Coordinate with area offices and branches on employee-related issues
