- Record all Vouchers ( CPV, CRV, BPV, BRV &JVs) in software.
- vendors ledger verification before recording vouchers.
- Maintain Record of Customer processing & insurance in Software.
- Fund Transfer related customer insurance, fine, and showroom rents.
- Verify & request for fund Requisition.
- Reconcile the System Generated Reports with Daily Reports.
- Record Provident Fund for all branches including Head Office.
- Prepare MPR ( Monthly Performance Report ) on a monthly basis.
- Maintaining Records in Files for Audit Purposes.
