Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of 10 accounting personnel to ensure efficient operation of accounts payable functions.
  • Oversee the processing and verification of invoices, bills, and expense reports in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and transaction logs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts payable.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors while optimizing cash flow and adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by providing accurate accounts data and analysis.
  • Conduct periodic audits of financial transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency of accounting workflows.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial management and reporting objectives.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to improve performance and skill sets.
