We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier who also has basic accounting knowledge. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day cash transactions while assisting with simple accounting tasks such as record keeping, reconciliations, and data entry. This role is perfect for someone who is accurate, organized, and comfortable working with numbers
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
Manage POS operations, billing, and customer payments (cash, card, online).
Maintain and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
Prepare daily cash summaries and handovers for the accounts department.
Enter data into accounting software (basic entries: cash receipts, petty cash, vouchers).
Assist in bank deposits and maintain petty cash records.
Support the accountant with filing, invoice sorting, and simple reconciliations.
Ensure all transactions follow company policies and financial guidelines.
