Feroze Power (Pvt) Limited is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence in the Karachi Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the solar industry and be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies. As an Area Sales Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of four sales professionals, guiding their efforts to achieve sales targets and foster a high-performance culture. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the Karachi Division market effectively.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align priorities and maximize sales productivity.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and team output.
  • Conduct product training and provide ongoing support to the sales team to ensure they have a thorough understanding of product features and benefits.
  • Organize and participate in promotional activities and events to showcase the companys solar products and enhance brand awareness.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners and distributors to expand distribution networks in the region.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
