Female Sales Staff

We are looking for a female sales staff member to join our furniture showroom team. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, provide detailed information about our products, manage showroom displays, and assist with sales transactions. Strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a basic understanding of interior styling or furniture materials are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and courteously, listen carefully to their home décor needs, and recommend suitable furniture pieces that match their preferences.

Product Knowledge: Explain clearly the materials, dimensions, colors, and care instructions of various furniture items to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Sales Support: Prepare accurate price quotations, process sales orders efficiently, and handle basic customer inquiries or complaints professionally.

Required Qualifications

Education: A high school diploma or a degree in a related field is required.

Skills: Strong communication skills, polite and professional demeanor, and basic computer proficiency are essential.

Experience: Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Traits: The candidate should be friendly, energetic, and well-groomed to represent the brand effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000. It is an in-person role based at the showroom location. Candidates with a background in interior styling or familiarity with furniture materials will be especially well-suited for this opportunity.
