Female Data Entry Operator

Skyline Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our Amazon business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, updating inventory, processing orders, and ensuring data accuracy to maintain smooth and efficient workflows. This role demands a proactive individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate product listings on the Amazon platform.
- Regularly monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- Efficiently process orders, returns, and refunds, particularly for Amazon Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) operations.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies related to product listings and order management.
- Verify and correct inconsistencies in product descriptions, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Generate and maintain detailed reports on sales, inventory status, and returns.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and smooth order fulfillment.
- Provide support for additional administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent typing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Orlando, Florida. The salary range offered is Rs50,000 to Rs100,000 per month. Candidates should be prepared to work night shifts if required. During the application process, candidates will be asked about their residency status in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and their willingness to work night shifts.
