FEMALE Customer Support Representative (CSR)

We are looking for a confident and skilled Female Customer Support Representative to join our vibrant Shopify e-commerce team. This is an onsite role based in Model Town, Lahore, offering a great chance to grow your career within the e-commerce industry. The primary focus of this position is to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and promptly confirm customer orders
- Track orders and provide timely updates to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Use basic Excel skills to maintain and organize order data

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Experience or familiarity with order confirmation and tracking processes
- Basic knowledge of Excel for data management
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in Model Town, Lahore

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
