You will play a pivotal role in transforming the way agencies and organization manage their procurement processes. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement tailored solutions to drive efficiency and cost savings. While connecting our customers with state of the art solutions in the Private sector.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of customers' procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management, to identify pain points and opportunities for optimization.

Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and businesses to design customized procurement solutions that align with client objectives and deliver tangible business value.

Implementation: Lead the implementation of procurement solutions, including software integration, process redesign, and change management initiatives, to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.

Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to client teams to maximize the effectiveness of implemented solutions and facilitate user adoption.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of procurement solutions post-implementation, analyzing key metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization.

Client Communication Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their procurement transformation journey.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in procurement to inform solution development and enhance service offerings.

As a member of our team. We are looking to compensate our newly onboarded employees from 100,000 PKR to 150,000PKR, with a considerable bonus, equal or more than your monthly pay, with each awarded requirement or onboarded client. 

Our new onboarded employees average (9-12 Awards/Clients per year)
