We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our truck dispatching team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and selling our truck dispatching services to fleets and owner-operators. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and existing customers
- Sell truck dispatching services to fleets and owner-operators
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the transportation industry (preferably trucking)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with truck dispatching software and systems (an asset)
