We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our company's digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and a passion for staying abreast of industry trends.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a team of junior SEO executives, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive continuous improvement within the team.
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance the online visibility and performance of our digital assets.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and expansion.
On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
- Implement effective off-page optimization strategies, including link building and outreach.
Technical SEO:
- Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance and indexing.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement SEO-friendly technical improvements.
Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with the overall strategy.
- Ensure content is aligned with keyword strategies and contributes to improved search rankings.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics.
- Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and insights, highlighting areas for improvement.
Stay Updated:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of SEO excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
