Position Overview: We're on the lookout for a seasoned professional to join our team as “Business Development Manager/Head of Programs”. In this role, you'll lead our fundraising efforts and oversee program management to drive our mission forward.
Responsibilities:
· Develop innovative fundraising strategies aligned with our mission and goals.
· Prepare compelling funding proposals and pitches to secure support from various donors.
· Cultivate strong partnerships with donors and sponsors, nurturing existing connections and forging new ones.
· Represent our organization at events and conferences to expand our network within the philanthropic community.
· Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, ensuring effective promotion and engagement.
· Implement strategies for donor stewardship and appreciation, fostering long-term support and loyalty.
· Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs addressing societal challenges in Pakistan.
· Work closely with finance teams to manage program budgets and ensure compliance with donor regulations.
· Develop robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
· Provide leadership and mentorship to program staff, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
· Prepare clear and compelling reports and presentations to highlight program achievements and financial accountability.
· Identify and address potential risks associated with program implementation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fundraising and program management within the nonprofit sector.
- Proven track record of securing funding from diverse sources.
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
- Commitment to humanitarian values and sustainable development principles.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
