Relationship Officer

Manage the existing liability portfolio and maintain strong client relationships within the branch.
Meet assigned deposit mobilization, cross-sell, and new-to-bank targets as directed by management.
Deliver high-quality customer service by understanding and advising customers on financial products and solutions that meet their needs.
Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements related to Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) while onboarding new accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, transactions, and due diligence documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Cultivate ongoing professional relationships with customers to consistently provide a superior customer experience and support retention.
Support branch business volume growth by actively promoting bank products and services aligned with customer profiles and business objectives.
Work effectively under pressure to meet targets within deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and compliance standards.
