Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a branch team of four staff members, providing guidance and motivation to achieve branch objectives.
Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement sales strategies to boost branch profitability and achieve financial targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
Manage branch budgets, financial reporting, and ensure effective risk management practices.
Drive business development activities to identify new market opportunities and increase the branch customer base.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching, and training for team members to enhance productivity and skills.
Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to streamline services and optimize customer experience.
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal controls to maintain operational integrity.
Prepare and present branch performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
