• Development: Actively work on developing and implementing strategies to grow the clinic's patient base, including generating new business and increasing patient retention. Oversee sales operations, including services upselling, package offerings, and payment collections, ensuring targets are met.
  • Client Management: Manage all client interactions, including walk-ins, scheduling their appointments, to provide an excellent patient experience. Ensure patient satisfaction through effective communication and personalized care.
  • Patient Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with current and past patients to ensure continued care and build long-term relationships. Implement patient reactivation strategies.
  • Clinic Upkeep: Maintain a welcoming and clean environment in the waiting area and throughout the clinic, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, train, and support clinic staff to ensure high levels of performance and adherence to clinic policies and procedures.
  • Marketing & Public Relations: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, to promote the clinic’s services. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and the local community.
  • Inventory & Supply Management: Monitor and maintain clinic inventory, ensuring all necessary supplies are in stock and reordering as needed.
  • Insurance & Billing: Oversee the management of insurance claims, patient billing, and payment processing.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Strong business development and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.
  • Familiarity with dental software and technologies is preferred. 
  • Ability to manage clinic operations, including staff and inventory
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to implement new ideas to improve clinic performance.
  • Proactive, organized and detail-oriented.
