- Handle the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain the best talent.
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist potential candidates.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.
- Work directly with Head of Departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance overall employee experience.
- Responsible for Performance Evaluations and KPIs setting by working directly with Head of Departments.
- Addressing grievances and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive working environment
- Process payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursement.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable packages.
- Coordinate and manage training and development programs to foster employee growth and address skill gaps.
- Oversee current HR files and databases, employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
- Ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained timely.
- Delegating tasks to administrative assistants.
- Monitoring and overall supervision of domestic workers.
- Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and provide consistent HR support to managers and employees.
Important Information:
- Compensation: The salary package is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skill set.
- Location: Korangi Creek, Karachi (near The Indus Hospital).
- Working Hours: The position requires full-time commitment with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Saturday.
