We're looking for a talented Accounting Assistant to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our finances in tip-top shape.
What you'll do:
- Be our record keeper! You'll track all our income and expenses using our accounting software.
- Invoices, payments, receipts! You'll process and record them all.
- Follow up on any outstanding fees - make sure everything's collected.
- Make sure our bank statements match our financial records - like a financial puzzle!
- Create financial reports to show how we're doing.
- Help us follow all the tax rules.
- Get us ready for audits - internal and external, we'll be prepared!
- Analyze our finances to help us make the best decisions.
- Build good relationships with the companies we work with - keeps things smooth.

Who you are:
- You have a BBA or BCOM degree and a passion for numbers.
- You're a whiz with accounting software and keeping things accurate.
- You're organized, detail-oriented, and meet deadlines like a champ.
- You're a team player with a positive attitude.
