we are launching a premium skincare product range and is looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing/Sales Officer to join our team. If you are passionate about skincare Products and have a proven track record in social media marketing and online sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage and optimize online sales channels (e-commerce platforms, company website).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute online marketing campaigns.
- Engage with customers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and online sales, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Graphic design skills and proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
