Position Overview:
As a Telesales Officer at FAMS by Falkenherz, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, focusing on leads from the UAE and Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fleet tracking industry, and possess a solid understanding of the dynamics of this business.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and Qualify Leads:
- Engage in proactive and targeted cold calling to generate new business leads
- Assess and qualify potential customers based on their needs and requirements.
Build and Maintain Customer Relationships:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct Product Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Showcase the features and benefits of FAMS by Falkenherz products through effective presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the value proposition to potential clients.
Collaborate with the Team
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall sales strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate on lead generation tactics and share insights for improved team performance.
Meet Sales Targets:
- Strive to achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive sales efforts.
- Regularly update sales metrics and progress reports to track performance.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in fleet tracking or related industries.
- A solid understanding of fleet tracking business dynamics, including key trends and challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
