Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the product and marketing team to develop creative content that aligns with the product vision and user needs.

● Write, edit, and revise marketing copy, user manuals, product guides, and other documentation.

● Work closely with marketing, design, and engineering teams to ensure consistency of message and style across all platforms.

● Understand technical product details and translate them into user-friendly content that enhances customer engagement.

● Assist in the planning and development of content strategies that support product launches and promotional campaigns.

● Conduct thorough research and interviews with product stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

● Participate in content review and optimization based on performance metrics and user feedback.

● Maintain a clear and consistent brand voice throughout all product communications. Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience: At least five years of experience in copywriting within a technology or product-focused environment.

Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and articulate complex product features clearly and compellingly.

Research Skills: Strong research and interviewing skills to gather necessary information for accurate content creation.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and feedback within the team and to external stakeholders.
