We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Cold Calling Agent to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in our sales funnel by making outbound calls to generate leads, qualify potential customers, and set appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and target potential customers who align with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Utilize a provided call script to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients over the phone.
- Overcome objections and skillfully handle call reluctance to generate interest and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Accurately record all call details and customer information in our CRM system.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout all interactions.
- Strive to exceed daily and weekly call targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a telemarketing, sales development, or customer service role
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with strangers over the phone
- Strong English verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products or services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- A positive and results-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
