Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify potential customers that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Utilize various lead generation techniques, such as cold calling, email outreach, attending industry events, and leveraging social media to reach new prospects.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and business goals.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our products or services clearly and persuasively through presentations, proposals, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  • Effectively qualify leads and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team for further nurturing and deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and contribute to the development and analysis of sales pipelines.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and strive to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a BDO, sales development, or account management role
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and B2B sales methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a CRM platform (a plus)
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
