  •  Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate with clients, build rapport, and handle objections effectively.
  •  Empathy and Compassion: Understanding and sensitivity to clients' needs and concerns, particularly during emotionally charged discussions.
  •  Strong Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating terms and closing deals while maintaining a positive client relationship.
  •  Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results.
