You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our Canadian clients. Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, address their needs effectively, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys, as required.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve performance targets and maintain high-quality service standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
