Teacher For Madrassa Grade 2 & 6

FaisalTown Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to educate students in Grade 2 and Grade 6 at our Madrassa located in B-17, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in teaching subjects such as Urdu, English, Science, and Mathematics, and demonstrate the ability to engage young learners effectively. The position requires commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment while following a structured timetable from 03pm to 06pm. This role is suited to individuals with at least two years of teaching experience who are eager to contribute to the academic and personal growth of their students. The Teacher will play a pivotal role in delivering quality education by preparing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and assessing student progress. While this position does not require team management, the candidate should exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate with the administration and support students educational needs. The ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure comprehension is essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Urdu, English, Science, and Mathematics according to the curriculum for Grades 2 and 6.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respect among students.
Assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and observations to identify learning needs and provide appropriate support.
Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior to ensure an organized learning space.
Prepare teaching materials and resources that facilitate interactive and effective learning experiences.
Communicate with parents and school administration to provide updates on student performance and discuss strategies for improvement.
Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities of students.
Stay informed about educational best practices and continuously seek professional development opportunities.
Ensure adherence to the scheduled timings from 03pm to 06pm and maintain punctuality and reliability.
Support students social and emotional development by fostering a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere.
