Electrical Engineer

FaisalTown Group is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will independently supervise and coordinate electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. This role demands a professional who can effectively oversee the electrical testing, troubleshooting, as well as the design and implementation of electrical systems within complex construction environments. The engineer will also be responsible for preparing site reports, updating work progress, managing material requirements, and orienting the team towards timely and quality completion of electrical tasks. In this position, the Electrical Engineer will lead a team of two, providing guidance, supervision, and coordination of electrical activities at high-rise construction sites. The professional will ensure the application of construction site safety management principles while handling commissioning, testing, and the formal handover processes of electrical systems. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential to deliver clear updates and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires dedication and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision while effectively managing a small team.
Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor electrical works at high-rise construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications and electrical safety standards.
Coordinate and oversee electrical testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
Prepare detailed site reports including work progress updates, site activities, and material requirements to facilitate smooth project management.
Ensure strict adherence to construction site safety management protocols to provide a safe working environment for all personnel.
Lead and manage a team of two electrical workers, providing direction, support, and performance monitoring to achieve project goals.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project issues and implement effective solutions.
Design and review electrical systems ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and client requirements.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations to maintain quality control and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain clear and timely communication with the management team, reporting on project progress and potential risks.
Manage procurement and timely delivery of electrical materials and equipment needed for site operations.
