Faisal Movers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage and oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least three years of experience in warehouse or inventory management. This role involves managing a team of five personnel, ensuring efficient inventory control, accurate stock auditing, and maintaining smooth supply chain processes. The Warehouse Executive plays a critical role in optimizing warehouse workflow and supporting overall business logistics.
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for implementing and monitoring inventory management systems, utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software to track inventory movements accurately. The role demands a strong command of warehouse operations and stock control procedures, paired with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. They will lead their team effectively, coordinating tasks and fostering a productive work environment to achieve operational goals. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage warehouse inventory levels.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
- Coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams.
- Prepare warehouse reports and documentation.
- Monitor warehouse staff performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
