Faisal Movers is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Warden - Female to oversee the management and safety of residential facilities. Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of 30 staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Implement and enforce hostel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and orderly environment for residents.
Respond efficiently and effectively to emergencies, demonstrating crisis intervention and emergency response skills.
Manage conflicts promptly and impartially, utilizing conflict resolution techniques to maintain harmony within the residential facility.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure security standards and safety protocols are upheld.
Maintain accurate and detailed records, including incident reports, attendance, and maintenance logs.
Coordinate with external security and emergency services when necessary to handle critical situations.
Develop and deliver staff training programs to enhance skills in security management, policy enforcement, and resident care.
Handle resident inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring confidentiality and respectful communication.
Monitor compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations related to residential management.
Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure consistent coverage and operational efficiency.
Prepare periodic reports for senior management detailing operational status, incidents, and safety compliance.
Lead initiatives to improve resident satisfaction and enhance the overall living experience within the facility.
