aisal Movers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Incharge – Terminal Operations to oversee complete terminal operations along with effective handling and resolution of customer complaints. The role requires strong leadership, operational control, and customer service excellence to ensure smooth terminal performance and high passenger satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- supervise and manage all terminal operations including ticketing, boarding, baggage handling, waiting hall, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure timely bus departures according to schedule.
- Lead terminal staff including supervisors, attendants, and operational teams.
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and service protocols.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure timely closure with proper follow-up.
- Maintain a structured complaint management system and ensure documentation of all issues and resolutions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (maintenance, fleet, ticketing, security, and customer service) for issue resolution.
- Analyze recurring complaints and recommend process improvements to management.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction across all terminal services.
- Monitor staff performance, discipline, attendance, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and complaint reports for management review.
- Handle emergency situations and operational disruptions professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and service quality standards across the terminal.
