Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, the Network Administrator collaborates with other IT staff to deliver effective technical support and maintain system stability. The Network Administrator plays a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly. Expertise in system configuration and troubleshooting is essential to identify root causes and implement solutions efficiently. The position requires proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and email configurations to support communication tools within the company. This role demands a proactive approach to maintaining network performance, enhancing security, and minimizing downtime, contributing directly to Faisal Movers operational success.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the companys network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Configure and administer network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Set up and manage IP addressing, subnets, and network configurations to support connectivity and communication.
Oversee LAN and WAN management, handling wiring setup, fault diagnosis, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Provide ongoing troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues.
Configure and support Microsoft Outlook and email systems to ensure continuous communication.
Assist users with technical support related to network and system operations.
Monitor network performance indicators and implement improvements as needed to optimize system efficiency.
Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and technical procedures.
Stay updated on the latest IT and networking technologies to recommend enhancements and upgrades.
Ensure robust network security practices are followed to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network-related maintenance and equipment procurement.
Perform regular backup and recovery operations for critical network and server data.
Collaborate with IT teams to support organizational technology goals and projects.
