Inventory & Demand Planning Executive

Faisal Movers is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory & Demand Planning Executive with approximately three years of experience to support efficient inventory control and demand forecasting operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels and manage reorder point planning to maintain optimal stock quantities.
Analyze demand forecasts and historical sales data to predict future inventory requirements accurately.
Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of inventory.
Maintain and update records in inventory management systems and enterprise resource planning software to reflect accurate stock information.
Generate regular reports on inventory status, stock consumption, and demand forecasts for management review.
Identify discrepancies between actual and forecasted demand and take corrective action to address variances.
Evaluate lead times and stock movement patterns to improve inventory turnover and reduce holding costs.
Assist in developing policies and procedures to enhance inventory control and demand planning processes.
Conduct root cause analysis of inventory issues and implement preventive measures.
Maintain strict compliance with company standards and regulations related to inventory management and supply chain activities.
