Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce employee grooming and professional appearance standards across the organization.
Specialize in managing grooming protocols for female employees, Bus Hostesses, and Stewards to ensure consistent presentation.
Conduct grooming and personality assessments to evaluate employee compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze employee behavior and personality traits to tailor individualized coaching and development plans.
Identify specific training needs related to personal grooming, hygiene, and presentation skills and develop corresponding training modules.
Design, coordinate, and deliver training sessions aimed at improving employee grooming, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Maintain comprehensive grooming, training, and employee performance records utilizing MS Excel and other data management tools.
Monitor ongoing service standards and presentation quality, providing timely feedback and corrective guidance as needed.
Collaborate with management to support continuous improvement initiatives related to employee appearance and customer interaction effectiveness.
Lead and motivate a team of 50 employees, fostering a culture of professionalism, confidence, and personal development.
Ensure adherence to all company grooming policies and related regulatory or organizational requirements.
