We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manager Operations for our Cargo Division, responsible for overseeing all aspects of cargo operations within the Multan region
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics management, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strong commitment to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee and manage all cargo operations in the Multan region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals to achieve operational excellence.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards and addressing any issues promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize the operational budget to achieve cost-effective solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other regional managers and departments to ensure smooth and integrated operations.
- Problem Solving: Address operational challenges proactively and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or cargo operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge: Thorough understanding of cargo operations, logistics, and supply chain management principles.
