Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
Conduct risk management and financial analysis to support decision-making.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
