We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Operations for our Cargo Division.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational and sales activities across Pakistan, ensuring efficiency, growth, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

Lead and manage the nationwide operations of the Cargo Division, ensuring seamless and efficient processes across all locations.
Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Oversee the coordination of cargo movement, including logistics, warehousing, and transportation.

Sales Leadership:

Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture additional market segments.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of operational capabilities with sales objectives.

Team Management:

Financial Management:

Manage the budget for the Cargo Division, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-quality service standards.
