Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests and passengers with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to company protocols.

Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Represent Faisal Movers with a polished and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
Manage inquiries and provide information related to services, schedules, and policies.
Ensure the comfort and safety of VIP guests and regular passengers during their interactions.
Maintain a well-organized and presentable environment at the customer service point.
Document customer feedback and report any recurring issues for continuous improvement.
Adapt quickly to changes and handle multiple requests efficiently in a high-pressure setting.
