Audit Officer

Faisal Movers is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Audit Officer to join our finance team. This role requires a professional with a strong foundation in accounting and auditing principles, responsible for conducting thorough internal and external audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with practical experience in audit procedures, internal controls, and compliance management. Candidates holding certifications such as CA, CMA, or ACCA are highly encouraged to apply. The Audit Officer will work independently without managing a team, focusing on reviewing financial records, analyzing transactions, and reporting audit findings to support operational integrity and regulatory adherence. The Audit Officer plays a crucial role in strengthening financial controls by meticulously evaluating the companys internal processes and ensuring strict compliance with established policies. This position demands proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Excel, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective measures. The role contributes significantly to the fiscal health of Faisal Movers by preparing clear and detailed audit reports, following up on audit observations, and collaborating with various departments to promote transparency and accountability.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive internal and external audit activities to assess financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Review and verify financial records, transactions, and supporting documents thoroughly to ensure integrity and accuracy.
Evaluate internal control systems to identify weaknesses, discrepancies, or areas of risk and recommend improvements.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements during all audit processes.
Prepare clear, detailed, and well-organized audit findings and reports for management review and decision-making.
Monitor and follow up on audit observations, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions and process improvements.
Utilize audit software and Microsoft Excel effectively to document audit procedures, results, and data analysis.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and responsibility in handling sensitive financial information.
Stay updated on changes in auditing standards, financial regulations, and industry best practices to enhance audit quality.
