You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing excellent technical support to our internal users. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support and strong troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  2. Respond to IT support queries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  4. Able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues without external support.
  5. Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
  6. Administer user accounts and permissions, ensuring data integrity and security.
  7. Block access to unwanted apps and sites over the internet.
  8. Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
  9. Create and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  2. Proven experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  3. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
  4. Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus.
  5. CCNA certification is must. CCNP will be preferred.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  8. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or similar are preferred.
  9. At least Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
