Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the selection process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for creating positive candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with HR Manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, identify, and engage with qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Managing day-to-day employee affairs.

Candidate Screening and Assessment:

  • Conduct thorough resume reviews and initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with position requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessing candidates for cultural fit, skills, and qualifications.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the HR manager.
  • Collect feedback from interviewers and facilitate the decision-making process.

Onboarding Support:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Provide support in the preparation of onboarding materials and orientation programs.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar domain.
  • At least a bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and other HRMS tools.
