We are looking for a Logistic Operator, an ideal candidate will play a vital role in the efficient and smooth operation of our dispatch department.

  • Create and process airway bills using platforms such as FedEx, DHL, Blue Ex, and others
  • Ensure accurate and error-free documentation for each shipment
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to schedule and manage deliveries efficiently
  • Keep track of courier tracking numbers (CN) for all shipments
  • Address and resolve any shipment-related issues promptly
  • Maintain up-to-date records of parcels and shipments in the designated software
  • Coordinate with courier companies through email communication
