DAE Civil / Architecture

Ezequote is looking for skilled DAE Civil / Architecture diploma holders to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in structural drafting, civil engineering design, and building information modeling to support various construction and architectural projects. Candidates with a minimum of one year of experience, as well as fresh graduates, are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams to deliver detailed designs and contribute to the success of our engineering and architectural initiatives. This position includes leading a team of 50 professionals, focusing on coordination, workflow management, and quality control of deliverables. The role demands strong technical skills in civil and architectural domains along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure project goals are met on time. This leadership responsibility requires excellent organizational skills to oversee large-scale projects and promote effective collaboration among team members.
Responsibilities

Create detailed structural drafts and civil engineering designs according to project specifications and industry standards.
Use Building Information Modeling tools to develop accurate and efficient architectural and engineering models.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design solutions meet client requirements and regulatory guidelines.
Supervise and guide a team of 50 professionals, fostering a productive and supportive work environment.
Coordinate project workflows and allocate resources effectively to achieve timely completion of deliverables.
Review and approve technical drawings, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Identify and resolve design issues and technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain documentation and ensure proper record-keeping for all projects managed.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and adopting best practices.
Communicate progress and project status updates to senior management and stakeholders regularly.
