We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as the Marketing Strategy Manager, focusing on SEO and social media expertise. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting marketing strategies for our companies and brands to drive initiatives effectively and achieve business goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing principles, brand positioning, aesthetics, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans. While SEO and Social Media teams handle specific tasks, your core responsibility will involve defining business needs and coordinating with the digital marketing team and other departments or senior leadership.

Your main focus will revolve around formulating and implementing strategic marketing plans for each brand, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand identity. This position requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, making it ideal for individuals who are both creative and analytical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies focusing on brand identity, awareness, and aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business needs into actionable marketing plans.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Provide guidance to ensure strategies align with business objectives and brand identity.
  • Act as the main liaison for coordinating marketing efforts across departments.
  • Define KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends to update strategies accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Provide regular updates on marketing performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with expertise in brand management and strategy development.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing strategy execution.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Experience in digital marketing channels.
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
  • Proficient in SEO tools and analytics. e.g., (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics, Rank MATH, Yoast SEO).
  • Strong analytical skills.
